Terms of use & terms of sale.
Version 2026-10-18. Part A applies to everyone who uses the TwoDeux website and client space. Part B applies to every music video and creative service booked with TwoDeux. Questions? Write to info@twodeux.be.
Part A — Terms of use
1. Purpose
These terms of use govern the TwoDeux website and its client space, where artists book and follow their projects, chat with our team and their friends, and share files. Creating an account requires accepting them; using the site means you agree to them.
2. Your account
- The information you give (name, artist name, e-mail, phone) must be accurate and kept up to date. You can change your e-mail address from My Account; for other details, contact us.
- An account is personal: one person, one account. Don’t share it.
- If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to your registration and to any booking.
3. Keeping your account safe
Keep your password secret and use it nowhere else. We strongly recommend turning on two-step sign-in (Security page). When a sign-in looks unusual (new device, other network), we may ask your security question; if you forgot it, we can e-mail you a sign-in link that only works in that browser. Every new device is reported by e-mail. If you notice any activity you don’t recognise, change your password, sign out your other devices and tell us at info@twodeux.be. TwoDeux staff with access to client data must use two-step sign-in.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- harass, insult, threaten or discriminate against anyone, in messages, voice notes or files;
- share illegal, violent, pornographic or hateful content, or content you have no right to share;
- send spam, advertising or malicious files;
- try to access other people’s accounts or data, get around our security, overload the site or copy it by automated means.
You can block or report anyone who bothers you. Private conversations and groups are visible to their members; to keep everyone safe (for example after a report), TwoDeux moderators can read them, close a group or delete a conversation — every such access is logged. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. What you share
You keep all rights on the tracks, images, messages and files you upload. You allow TwoDeux to store, copy and process them only as needed to run the platform and carry out your projects. You confirm you hold the rights needed to share them. Some attachments (for example large files in chats) may be kept for a limited time only: the platform is not a backup — keep your own copies.
6. Availability
We do our best to keep the site available and secure, but we can’t guarantee it will work without interruption. It may be paused for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for temporary unavailability, except in case of intent or serious fault.
7. Deactivation and suspension
You can deactivate your account at any time from My Account: it is switched off at once and nobody can write to you. During 30 days you can reactivate it yourself by signing in again. After 30 days, the account and its data (profile, projects, files, messages) are deleted for good, except what the law requires us to keep (see the privacy policy). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the platform at risk; we tell you why unless the law prevents it.
8. Our brand and website
The TwoDeux name, logo, design, texts and code of the website belong to TwoDeux. You may not reuse them without our written permission.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add features. The version date is shown at the top. Important changes are announced in your client space or by e-mail before they apply.
Part B — Terms of sale
1. Who we are
TwoDeux is a creative agency based in Brussels, Belgium, producing music videos and offering creative support to artists — info@twodeux.be. By booking a project in your client space or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms of sale.
2. Quotes & prices
Our productions start at €300 excl. VAT. Every project gets a personal quote after the creative briefing: it lists what is included (filming, editing, three creative versions, three TikTok videos…) and any extra costs (location rental, props, cast, vehicles, styling, equipment). Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added where it applies. A quote is valid for 30 days.
3. Booking & deposit
Booking online is free and does not commit you. Your project is confirmed when you accept the quote and pay a deposit of 30% of the quoted amount. The shoot date is only reserved once the deposit is received.
4. Online payment, TwoDeux balance and refunds
You can pay the deposit and the balance online — by card, Bancontact or another method offered — on the secure page of our payment provider Stripe: TwoDeux never sees or stores your card details. An invoice including VAT is issued for each payment and stays available under “Payments & invoices”.
TwoDeux balance. You can top up a balance (from €10 to €5,000, VAT included) and use it to pay for your projects. This balance can only be used on twodeux.be; it cannot be transferred, earns no interest and cannot be exchanged for money. It stays available as long as your account is open.
Refunds: credit only. When an amount is refunded to you, it is credited to your TwoDeux balance; we do not refund money. This rule does not apply where the law requires a refund to your payment method — in particular when a consumer uses their right of withdrawal, or when TwoDeux cannot deliver the service: in those cases you can ask to be refunded to the payment method you used.
5. Cancellation & new dates
- Before the deposit: you can cancel at any time, free of charge, from your project page.
- After the deposit: you can move the shoot date once, free of charge, if you tell us at least 7 days before. If you cancel the project, the deposit covers the work already done and the costs already committed, and is not refunded.
- Weather, illness or force majeure on the shoot day: we set a new date together; nothing extra is charged.
- If TwoDeux cancels and no new date suits you, your deposit is refunded in full — to your TwoDeux balance or, if you prefer, to the payment method you used.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you book as a consumer (not for your business), you have 14 days from accepting the quote to withdraw, by writing to info@twodeux.be. If you ask us to start the work within those 14 days and then withdraw, you pay for the work already done. Once the service has been fully delivered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
7. Your part in the production
You provide the track and confirm that you hold — or have obtained — the rights to use it in the video. You also make sure the people you bring along agree to be filmed. If a location, person or prop you are in charge of is not available on the day, we look for a solution together; extra costs this causes may be charged.
8. Results & corrections
After post-production (about one to two weeks) we present three creative versions or editing proposals. You choose one; we finalise it within the agreed scope. One round of minor corrections on the chosen version is included. Further changes, or changes outside the agreed scope, are quoted separately.
9. Rights on the images
Once the project is fully paid, you may use the final video and the TikTok videos worldwide, without time limit, to promote your music (streaming platforms, social media, TV, events). TwoDeux keeps the copyright on the raw footage and may show the video and short excerpts in its portfolio and on its own channels, unless we agreed otherwise in writing. Raw files are not delivered unless agreed in the quote.
10. Delivery & payment of the balance
The final files are delivered digitally, in your client space or through a download link, once the balance is paid. We keep the final files for at least 90 days after delivery: please save your copy.
11. Liability
We work with care and professional equipment. Our liability is limited to the amount of the project, except in case of intent or serious fault. We are not liable for the use you make of the video, nor for claims linked to music, people or places you provided.
12. Personal data, applicable law
How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy. These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of a dispute we always look for an amicable solution first; otherwise the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of the protection of their own place of residence.
